I'm back from Philly and ready for our next 88-5 ALBUM DIVE. This week, we'll check out the viral French-Canadian duo from Quebec ANGINE DE POITRINE (pronounced in French as ahn-zheen duh pwa-treen). They're known for their quirky polka dot masked costumes and for playing math rock/microtonal music. This is their 2nd studio album.
The band posted a youtube performance in February and blew up instantly, gaining millions of follows and streams. Dave Grohl and Jack White are fans, too, duh.
